We accept PPO and POS plans for most insurance carriers. However, physical therapy coverage varies significantly between plans. Please call our office with your insurance company name and member ID number to verify your plan’s eligibility for physical therapy.
You don’t need a referral from a physician to get started.
New Jersey is a direct-access state for physical therapy. Patients are allowed to seek care from a licensed physical therapist without a prescription or referral from a qualified medical provider for the first 30 days following the initial evaluation by a physical therapist.

However, if you’d be using Medicare, workers’ compensation, or automobile insurance, we will need a referral from a physician before you can begin treatment.
No insurance? No problem.
If you are concerned about affordability of care without insurance, please call our office to know more about direct pay payment options. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
